Grady graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in English in 2017.  He has spent the last 5 years working his way up through a non-profit in Des Moines before eventually serving as a Director of multiple sites within the organization. During this time, Grady realized his passion for working with youth to help them reach their full potential and discover the best version of themselves. Ready for a new challenge, Grady returned to Iowa State in 2024 to take on the role of Youth Connect AmeriCorps Program Director. In this position, he hopes to continue making an impact on the lives of young people in his community, and throughout the state.
