Angela Braggs earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Arizona State University and an Instructional Design certificate from Iowa State University. She has 20 years experience as a journalist and workflow analyst, designing and editing as well as teaching software, troubleshooting technical issues and training standards and best practices all across the country. Angela has been with ISU's Child Welfare Research and Training Project since 2019, and manages the instructional design team. Angela lives in Urbandale with her husband and two dogs and has a son enrolled at ISU.
