A new rollout of SW 714 Structured Decision-Making Safety Assessment was launched in November 2021. This training includes material from Evident Change (https://www.evidentchange.org/) and the training team on the Structured Decision Making (SDM) system and the new SDM Safety Assessment, which will be used statewide. The CWRTP Service Training teams have prepared and supported nine offerings across Iowa, both online and in-person.
Although the weather is getting colder and snow is starting to fall, that does not slow down our busy schedules! Warm and unique venues keep training interesting and exciting. In November, we traveled to the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. The participants appreciated the opportunity to explore the garden in between breaks.
